At SNK ATK Design Lab, we strive for technical perfection, but if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and include their original technical packaging and tags.

Return Process

  Initiate the Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all modular components and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our design lab for inspection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
